3. Manuscript Submission: You are responsible for providing a clear and complete manuscript. Any delays due to incomplete or unclear submissions are not our responsibility.

4. Processes: We will strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines. Any changes will be agreed upon in writing.

5. Client’s Responsibilities: You are responsible for reviewing and submitting items promptly. Any concerns or required revisions should be communicated within the agreed-upon timeframe.

6. Confidentiality: All submitted materials are treated with the utmost confidentiality. We do not share, sell, or distribute your work to third parties.

7. Copyright: You retain full copyright and intellectual property rights to your work if you do not publish through us. Our editing services do not transfer ownership or rights. If you publish through us, your terms will be reflected in your contract.

8. Termination of Service: Either party may terminate the services with written notice. Refunds will be issued based on the portion of the service not yet rendered.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Oklahoma. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the OMAS.
